Jean Vernon was born in 1897. He studied at the ?cole? des Arts D?coratifs and at the ?cole Nationale Sup?rieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris. He died in 1975. He is noted, among collectors, in particular for his series of medals depicting scenes from Jean de la Fontaine’s Fables.
