Payments can be made through PayPal during checkout. I also accept other payment methods and am open to negotiating installment terms. Medals can be reserved by placing them in the “shopping cart,” selecting the “pay by check” option, and contacting me to express your interest and preferred payment method.

All medals are guaranteed to be as described and are sent with a fifteen-day approval period.

The majority of the medals listed on this website are high-quality examples of their type. In general, I do not assign specific condition grades, as the grading of medals is highly subjective and can vary significantly from person to person. I encourage visitors to assess a medal’s condition by viewing its pictures.

When I do provide a condition description, I use a conservative grading scale that avoids the term “uncirculated,” since medals, by definition, do not circulate. I use the following terms:

• Extremely Fine: Medals that are in or near their original condition.
• Very Fine: Medals that are not quite in original condition but remain attractive.

Additionally, I use qualifiers such as “good” and “nearly.” If a medal has a notable defect, such as an edge bump or an uneven patina, I will specify it in the description.
