He was a student of Merci?, Chaplain, and Fr?d?ric-Charles Victor de Vernon. He exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Fran?ais beginning in 1905 and won a gold medal in 1926.Schwab died in 1969. – This design was displayed in the exhibition of medallic art held in conjunction with the Olympic Games held in Paris in 1924.
