Georges-Henri Prud?homme, sculptor and medallist was born in 1873. He was a student at the ?cole Nationale Sup?rieure des Beaux Arts, where he studied engraving under Alph?e Dubois and sculpture under Falgui?re. He exhibited at the salon beginning in 1894. He won an honorable mention in 1901 and a third class medal in 1904. In 1905 be became a Soci?taire des Artistes Fran?ais and a Chevalier de la L?gion d?Honneur. Prud?homme died in 1947.
