Bronze 72mm x 54mm. $45. ——— Raoul Eug?ne Lamourdedieu (1877-1953) was born at Faugerolles (Lot-et-Garonne). He studied at the ?cole des Beaux Arts at Bordeaux. He won the Prix de la Ville de Bordeaux at the age of twenty. He moved to Paris and studied at the ?cole des Beaux Arts. Be became a professor at the ?cole Nationale Sup?rieure des Beaux-Arts, a member of La Soci?t? Nationale des Beaux-Arts and of the Salon d?Automne. He created numerous medals and sculpture in carved wood and other materials.
