He exhibited at the salon beginning in 1894. He won an honorable mention in 1901 and a third class medal in 1904. In 1905 he became a Soci?taire des Artistes Fran?ais and a Chevalier de la L?gion d?Honneur.

George Dupr?, French sculptor and medalist was born at Saint-?tienne in 1869. He was descended from Augustin Dupr?, a medallist at the time of the French Revolution. He studied under Thomas and Roty. He won the Premier Grand Prix de Rome in 1896. Dupr? suffered from a lifetime of poor health and died in 1909.

He won the premier Grand Prix de Rome for medal engraving in 1890. He became a soci?taire des Artistes Fran?ais in 1898. In 1900 he won a silver medal at the Universal Exposition. He won a medal of honor in 1923. He was made a chevalier of the L?gion d’Honneur. Pillet died in 1960

Starting in 1887 he exhibited at the Salon of the Soci?t? des Artistes Fran?ais. He won a silver medal at the Universal Exhibition in 1900. In 1907 he was made a Chevalier de la L?gion d?Honneur. He was interested in and wrote about art theory. Nocq created medals, plaquettes, sculpture and many artistically designed everyday objects. He died in 1944.
