Josette H?bert-Co?ffin, sculptor and medallist was born in 1908. She was a student at the ?cole des Beaux-Arts de Rouen, where she won a first prize for sculpture and architecture. She was a student of Wl?rick, Despiau and Gensoli. She won a gold medal at the International Exposition of 1937. She was a soci?taie of the Salon d?Automne, a member of the Academy of Rouen, Officier de la L?gion d?Honneur, Chevalier de l?Ordre des Arts et Lettres. H?bert-Co?ffin died in 1973. She created many medals and is also noted for her religious statues.
